  • Expansion of the office area from two floors to four, including a spacious lounge
  • Sustainable materials and a charging station for electric cars highlight the environmentally friendly approach

Linz, May 17th, 2022 – Cloudflight, one of the leading full-service providers of industrial digital Transformation opened its newly redesigned headquarters in Linz on May 5th, 2022. The expansion is proof of the enormous growth the company underwent during the past months. Next to the renovated, inviting working spaces, additional meeting rooms and big high-end presentation areas, the location counts also with a big chill-out-area. There, employees and guests can recharge their batteries and revitalize their creativity. Linz is not only the first Cloudflight office in Austria, but many Austrian clients and IT companies are in the immediate vicinity of the city.

A special concern for Cloudflight was a sustainable redesign of the facilities. The use of CO2-neutral materials and charging stations for EVs was therefore a must.

Cloudflight employees (with the companies macio, Cognostics and Divante, which joined the company at the beginning of the year), and numerous customers attended the opening. Through presentations and live demos, the approximately 100 visitors learned about more than 20 projects in the areas of AI, Cloud Native, Embedded Software Development, Human-Machine Interface design and eCommerce.

Instead of investing in guest gifts, Cloudflight donates the corresponding effort to everyone Codes in the form of programming hours. The Viennese social start-up trains disadvantaged and socially vulnerable people full-time in various programming languages and supports them in their professional restart as software developers. Thanks to the new opening, the company financed a total of 40 hours.

“We are very pleased that we were able to show our customers our modern and sustainable office landscape and to exchange ideas about digitizalization projects in hands-on sessions. The new location with state-of-the-art technology, plenty of space for discussions and creative exchange also perfectly documents our development in recent years into a leading provider in the field of digital transformation,” sums up Maria Kolanek, Location Lead of the Linz location.
