The robust and at the same time compact industrial computer can be connected directly to your machine. Via the included web interface, you can immediately see the analysis data on your smartphone, tablet or PC. The hardware-software combination captures the defined data to determine the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) or also OEE of the machines and increases the responsiveness and transparency with regard to the influencing factors of production. The collection and evaluation should enable you in operation to independently and easily evaluate the potential benefits of digitalization your own plants. As a result, you will be able to implement a customized, long-lasting solution yourself.
What is shown
The Tilo Shopfloor Performance Kit includes a dashboard tailored to your individual needs. This can be accessed from your network via PC, tablet or smartphone. In addition to the OEE, you can see all analysis data individually in figures and in graphical form. You can monitor these and at the same time prioritize where there is potential for optimization and how urgently the current status should be improved.
Wich data will be analysed
Communication between your machine and Tilo takes place via separately mounted sensors directly on your machine. In addition, process data can be read directly from the production machine via the standardized OPC-UA protocol.
You decide individually which data is used as the basis for the calculation. It is possible to combine both and thus use individually provided data for analysis. In the setup process, this data is determined and the calculation model is adapted to the specific characteristics of your production.
What about safety?
Your data stays with you! You retain complete data sovereignty over your production data, at the same time Cloudflight guarantees the functionality of the device by monitoring the functional data. Only you, as the customer, have access to the collected data, which was defined during the setup for the calculation of the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
