The project must not affect or stop the manufacturing itself. So different partial solutions were implemented in the past, a high fragmented environment of digital tools has grown up.
Less complex and lightweight processes support efficient workflows. With analysis like value stream analytics and together with the hubergroup team we evolve such new workflows.
