The challenge
Prepare for international expansion
Nature Love sought to enhance the shopping experience, meet rising market expectations, and prepare for international expansion. Key challenges included integrating the new Shopify Plus store with external systems like ERP Plenty Markets, ensuring high performance on both desktop and mobile platforms, and aligning the store with the brand's new visual identity. Additionally, a tight deadline for launching an MVP was critical to support nationwide marketing campaigns and handle high traffic spikes.

We upgraded the existing Shopify plan to Shopify Plus, laying the foundation for a robust and scalable e-commerce platform.
A new online store was implemented with an MVP launch, followed by iterative development to ensure continuous improvements.
We facilitated seamless integration with the ERP Plenty Markets system to streamline operations.
By replacing external applications with Shopify Plus native functionalities, we reduced app costs by 90% while maintaining all essential features. A custom event tracking system was also developed and integrated with Matomo for precise analytics.
