• Cloudflight reorganizes leadership and launches integrated AI offering for enterprises together with paiqo
  • André Holhozinskyj assumes overall strategic responsibility as CEO of the Cloudflight Group
  • Doris Lippert becomes Managing Director for Austria

Munich, 11 March 2026 – Artificial intelligence is currently reshaping business models, value chains, and software architectures. Many companies are already experimenting with AI, yet only a few succeed in moving from isolated pilot projects to scalable solutions in day-to-day operations.

Cloudflight is responding with a strategic repositioning. Together with data and AI specialist paiqo, the company is launching an integrated AI-first offering for enterprises that combines consulting, software engineering, data platforms, and AI applications.

At the same time, Cloudflight is reorganizing its leadership team. André Holhozinskyj assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cloudflight Group on 1 February 2026. Doris Lippert will become Managing Director for Austria on 1 April 2026.

With these steps, Cloudflight is strengthening its position as a system integration and technology partner for agentic transformation and artificial intelligence. The goal is to support companies not only in experimenting with AI, but in systematically integrating it into their software, data, and process landscapes.

André Holhozinskyj becomes CEO of the Cloudflight Group

André Holhozinskyj was most recently CEO of synvert Group, a data and AI specialist operating across Europe and the Middle East. Before that, he held leadership roles at Accenture, where he supported enterprise organizations in strategy and transformation initiatives. At Cloudflight, he will drive the company’s transition toward an integrated AI-first technology partner.

André Holhozinskyj explains:

“Artificial intelligence and the current geopolitical situation are creating significant change across Europe. Companies must not only respond to these developments, they should actively use them as an opportunity. This is exactly where we support them—from strategy to implementation. Together with our customers, we translate technological potential into real value so European companies can compete at the highest international level.”

Doris Lippert becomes Managing Director Austria

In Vienna, Doris Lippert will assume the role of Managing Director for Cloudflight Austria. She was previously a member of the management board of Microsoft Austria, where she led the partner and technology ecosystem. She is also the first female president of VÖSI and advocates for innovation “Made in Austria” as well as greater diversity in the IT sector.

“European technology companies must take on more responsibility today,” says Doris Lippert. Her goal is to further develop Cloudflight as an integrated AI-first European technology company. She places particular emphasis on quality and innovation driven from Austria, sustainable business practices, and diversity.

“Only by building a strong software landscape with measurable economic impact can we strengthen the long-term competitiveness of European companies,” Lippert explains. “My goal is to continue developing Cloudflight in Austria in a way that builds on Austrian values while creating technology that succeeds internationally. Many people have ideas, but we have the expertise to implement them.”

Integrated AI offering for European enterprises

Cloudflight and data and AI specialist paiqo joined forces in October 2025 to combine their expertise in data platforms and artificial intelligence.

The newly launched offering addresses a key challenge faced by many organizations: although numerous AI initiatives have started, broad adoption often fails due to insufficient integration into existing IT architectures and business processes.

The joint offering combines:

  • Strategic technology, data, and AI consulting
  • End-to-end digital solutions and software engineering
  • Modern data platforms and scalable data architectures
  • Integrated AI and machine learning solutions

The goal is not to implement AI as an isolated feature, but as an integral part of the overall enterprise architecture—from data infrastructure and operational processes to new digital services.

Cloudflight and paiqo rely on technology strategy consulting, agentic-first software engineering, and reusable modules and AI accelerators that shorten implementation cycles and help organizations move faster from individual experiments to scalable AI solutions.

As a central provider with locations across the DACH region as well as Central and Eastern Europe, Cloudflight combines close proximity to customers with cross-border development capacity and focuses on open, sovereign architectures and technological independence.
