- Customized software solution for a special donation experience
- Free development: Cloudflight deployed the software as a donation
Vienna, December 17, 2024 – Cloudflight, in collaboration with St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute, has developed an innovative solution that completely digitalizes and automates the donation process for the Vienna-based research institution. Within just two weeks, a software solution was developed that automatically creates and sends personalized donation confirmations and certificates via email.
This automation significantly reduces manual effort, giving St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute valuable time to focus more on their core mission: researching better treatment methods for children with cancer. At the same time, donors benefit from immediate and professional recognition of their support.
“Our new digital solution harmonizes efficiency and individuality. It is important to us to ease the workload of the research institution while maintaining a personal connection with donors,” explains Maurice Rogetzer, Team & Project Leader at Cloudflight. “We are delighted to have donated the development hours, contributing to the vital work of St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute.”
The biggest challenge was to fully digitalize the previous manual process without losing the personal touch of the donation confirmations. The software was designed to be flexible and user-friendly, ensuring the seamless integration into the existing systems of St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute.
“The collaboration on this project was characterized by strong commitment and easy knowledge transfer. We were able not only to gain valuable insights but also new perspectives and approaches to solutions. The decision to dedicate the entire project effort to St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute was particularly impressive,” emphasizes Christina Rigaud Fundraising Assistant at St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute.
