Your results after 2 workshop days
Prioritised use cases
Not a list of ideas – a clear ranking. Which AI applications offer the highest impact, and which ones can you start immediately?
Innovation plans per department
Every department leaves the workshop with its own action plan. Concrete, executable, and tailored to your processes.
Cross-department pitch session
Your teams present their use cases internally – right inside the workshop. That creates alignment and momentum before day-to-day operations take over.
Visual AI roadmap
A roadmap that works in your next board meeting: prioritised, easy to communicate, and ready to present.
Ready-to-go business cases
No concept without numbers. You leave with business cases that stand up to internal scrutiny – complete with ROI logic and a clear path to implementation
Quick wins & first steps
You leave the workshop knowing which use cases can be launched immediately – without major investment or long lead times. Your first AI project can start next week.

Three phases. One clear outcome.
Phase 1 – Inspire
What’s already working at other companies – and why it’s relevant for you. We share real AI use cases from your industry: not demos, but results drawn from 2,000+ client projects.
Phase 2 – Envision
Your teams develop their own use cases – facilitated, structured, and cross-departmental. By the end of this phase, you know exactly where AI can make a real difference in your organisation.
Phase 3 – Realize
Ideas become plans. Business cases, priorities, roadmap. What’s on the table at the end of the workshop can be presented internally the very next day.
Agenda for the AI Starter Workshop (example)

Workshop - Day 1
- AI impulses from the field – What’s realistically possible today, based on results from over 2,000 projects
- Live demos & real-world cases – Experience AI tools in action and see what’s relevant for your industry
- Process check – An honest look at your existing workflows: where are your biggest painpoints??
- Target process design – What could your workflows look like with AI support?
- Initial ideation – Your teams collect and discuss first use case ideas from every department
Workshop - Day 2
- Deep-dive ideation – The most promising ideas from Day 1 are developed further and sharpened
- Use case evaluation – Each idea is assessed for data availability, feasibility, and expected impact
- Effort-vs.-outcome analysis – You’ll know which use cases offer the biggest lever at manageable effort
- Business case development – Prioritised ideas become presentable cases with ROI logic
- Pitch session & voting – Each team presents its use case, priorities are set collectively
- Next steps – You leave the workshop with clear ownership and a concrete action plan

The full-day format covers all three phases – including the internal pitch session and a finished roadmap. The half-day format focuses on inspiration and an initial use case development: ideal as an entry point or for leadership teams with limited availability. We’re happy to help you decide in a short briefing call.
Our facilitators hold PhDs and bring over 15 years of hands-on AI project experience – from research and from practice. No theoretical lectures. Real expertise from over 3,000 client projects.
Typically 8 to 20 people. The ideal mix is a cross-departmental group of leaders, domain experts, and IT stakeholders – exactly the kind of alignment that AI initiatives so often lack in practice.
Very little. We conduct a short briefing call upfront to tailor the workshop to your industry and current challenges. We take care of the rest.
The workshop is designed for organisations that want to deploy AI strategically but don’t yet have a clear prioritisation. Or for those that have already started initial AI initiatives but lack a coherent roadmap to build on.
