Your results after 2 workshop days
Prioritised use cases
Not a list of ideas – a clear ranking. Which AI applications offer the highest impact, and which ones can you start immediately?
Innovation plans per department
Every department leaves the workshop with its own action plan. Concrete, executable, and tailored to your processes.
Cross-department pitch session
Your teams present their use cases internally – right inside the workshop. That creates alignment and momentum before day-to-day operations take over.
Visual AI roadmap
A roadmap that works in your next board meeting: prioritised, easy to communicate, and ready to present.
Ready-to-go business cases
No concept without numbers. You leave with business cases that stand up to internal scrutiny – complete with ROI logic and a clear path to implementation
Quick wins & first steps
You leave the workshop knowing which use cases can be launched immediately – without major investment or long lead times. Your first AI project can start next week.

Three phases. One clear outcome.
Phase 1 – Inspire
What’s already working at other companies – and why it’s relevant for you. We share real AI use cases from your industry: not demos, but results drawn from 2,000+ client projects.
Phase 2 – Envision
Your teams develop their own use cases – facilitated, structured, and cross-departmental. By the end of this phase, you know exactly where AI can make a real difference in your organisation.
Phase 3 – Realize
Ideas become plans. Business cases, priorities, roadmap. What’s on the table at the end of the workshop can be presented internally the very next day.

Your questions about the workshop
The full-day format covers all three phases – including the internal pitch session and a finished roadmap. The half-day format focuses on inspiration and initial use case development: ideal as a first step or for leadership teams with limited availability. We’ll help you decide in a short briefing call beforehand.
Our facilitators hold PhDs and bring 10 to 18 years of hands-on AI project experience – from research and from the field. No theory lectures. Just real expertise from over 3,000 client engagements.
Typically 8 to 20 people. The ideal mix is a cross-departmental group of executives, subject matter experts, and IT leads – precisely the alignment that AI initiatives so often lack in practice.
Very little. We run a short briefing call in advance to tailor the workshop to your industry and current challenges. Everything else is on us.
The workshop is built for organisations that want to deploy AI strategically – but lack a clear prioritisation. Or those with first AI initiatives already running, but no coherent structure or roadmap to build on.
