Munich, October 4th – Cloudflight, a leading software development and IT consulting company, has hired Dr. Roger E. Kehl as new CEO starting October 1st. Together with the recently appointed CFO Christoph Oberhaus and Managing Director, COO and member of the Bitkom Board of Directors, Jörn Petereit, the new management board will help Cloudflight to build on to its successful growth as an expert of individual software development, cloud native and artificial intelligence. Prior to his new role at Cloudflight, Kehl, an experienced industry expert, has been a member of the Executive Management Board Central Europe at Atos. In this role, he was in charge of the manufacturing division. Before that, he has been global CIO at Festo SE & Co. KG, and successfully held several other leading roles with international companies like Siemens and Debis. His vast experience in the areas of digitalization, the Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things is also emphasized by being named CIO of the Year 2016 by the CIO Magazine and COMPUTERWOCHE.

Experienced economist Oberhaus to manage finances
As new CFO, Christoph Oberhaus will be heading the finance division. The financial expert, with a vast experience in acquiring portfolio companies, has been working in the private equity environment for renowned consultancies. In addition, he has held different managing roles in financial positions with multi-national companies. Adding Oberhaus to the management board, Cloudflight underlines the strategic relevance of its planned growth roadmap.
Bitkom board member Jörn Petereit welcomes new colleagues
