Working Student Talent Acquisition

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will…  

  • offer support in the recruitment & selection process, by clarifying role descriptions, contacting candidates, participating in interviews and helping with the decision making process  
  • get to know the IT market and how to find talents 
  • take over active sourcing activities on LinkedIn 
  • offer support in the onboarding process for new colleagues 
  • be involved in periodical feedback discussions with colleagues, participate at company events, such as job fairs, interact with the participants and offer them information about the company 
  • come up with ideas and implement them quickly with your hands-on mentality 
  • work with agile working methods and be a part of a great international team 

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have an interest and ideally initial experience in the area of human resources and/or talent acquisition/recruiting 
  • are studying a relevant Bachelor or Master programme 
  • ideally have a deep interest in IT topics 
  • are a team player, full of energy, creativity and people-oriented  
  • openly approach new people and love to connect with them  
  • regard growth as a personal opportunity and change as a chance to discover and learn something new every day  
  • like to take responsibility and make decisions 
  • are fluent in German and English
