Search for the greatest minds, accompany the complete recruiting process and represent the company in a creative and target-group-oriented way at various events.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will…

  • create creative, likeable and well thought-out advertisements and manage them on various platforms
  • handle the entire recruiting process independently (national and international applicants)
  • support your colleagues in questions concerning labour law
  • organize career fairs and other recruiting events and represent the company on site

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • know the (IT-)applicant market and how to find talents
  • are passionate about finding the best talents and creative as well as target group oriented in your approach
  • have 2-3 years of professional experience and ideally a relevant degree
  • have excellent English and good Dutch skills (spoken and written)
  • have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter, Honeypot, X-Ray searches, etc.
  • convince with your independent way of working and are intrinsically motivated
  • like to take responsibility and don’t hesitate to take decisions
  • want to work in a team where your ideas are always welcome and where people support each other
