Increase brand awareness by organizing events, telling our stories and creating extraordinary marketing concepts.

Junior

As a PR & Marketing Specialist, you will…

  • design the strategy, initiate and implement activities meant to build employer branding in a very new location
  • work closely with the local marketing team as well as with the global team in order to achieve marketing results
  • collaborate with remote teams (marketing, HR, location leader, etc.) and suppliers (branded materials, events, collateral)
  • organize and grow the Coding Contest
  • prepare employer branding and recruiting events: contract, location, transportation, accommodation, recruiting booth, flyers, posters, banners, promotional materials, program agenda
  • discover external marketing opportunities and proactively plan collaborations with companies or associations that organize job fairs, career events, workshops, IT conferences, etc.
  • create the concept and content for marketing materials like flyers, posters, events booth, roll-ups
  • create online content that engages the audience (videos/testimonials, blog articles, social media, etc.)
  • create and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and student associations in order to generate continuous awareness on our employer brand and to promote our open positions
  • design and organize internal company events and initiate new events meant to improve employee satisfaction
  • ask for offers, negotiate terms and prices for various collaborations
  • propose and order branded materials needed for events and for the office

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • graduated in Marketing, PR, Communication or a related field
  • have minimum 1-year relevant professional experience in marketing or events organizing
  • volunteering experience is a big plus
  • are fluent in English
  • have good communication skills and team-orientation
  • are reliable and have a good working attitude
  • have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • have exceptional self-management skills to manage content delivery, resources, and deadlines
