IT Application Manager

Work on the implementation and improvement of our IT processes as well as contributing new ideas in our entrepreneurial team set-up in different countries .

As IT Application Manager, you will…

  • assist in the coordination of the rollout of new features and processes 
  • help establish best practices in the use of our tools 
  • support and advice our internal company users at 2nd level 
  • capture, classify and prioritize IT-based problems 
  • work on our internal process documentation (e.g. in the Backoffice) 
  • develop concepts and solutions for the best possible implementation of IT projects  
  • work on the implementation and improvement of our IT processes together with your Cloudflight colleagues as well as contributing new ideas in our entrepreneurial team set-up in different countries 

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector, study of computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification 
  • already gained at least 2 years’ experience in application management services 
  • have a strong knowledge in different IT-topicsdata/data exchange and digitalisation 
  • are a strong believer in quality (assurance) with a service attitude 
  • have a good knowledge of basic hardware and software equipment (e.g. Lenovo, Microsoft, Mobile) 
  • have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a down-to-earth working attitude 
  • are fluent in English and German
