HR Controlling / People Analytics Specialist

As People Analytics Specialist, you will…

  • design and develop our HR KPI-System
  • develop and create HR evaluations to support controlling measures and reports
  • create ad-hoc-reports for different target groups
  • work on quarterly and annual financial statements together with financial controlling
  • provide advice in the areas of personnel budget and cost control
  • interpret results in a team in order to derive appropriate measures

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have an economic education or an academic degree in personnel management or controlling
  • have approx. 2 years of professional experience in HR controlling
  • possess very good MS Office knowledge and can recite Excel formulas while asleep
  • have an analytical and results-oriented mindset as well as an affinity for numbers, processes and IT in general
  • approach things in a structured and independent manner, seek responsibility and challenge classic procedures
  • have a strong hands-on-mentality
  • bring in your own ideas in order to establish new processes and improve old ones
  • are looking for a team where your ideas are always welcome and where people support each other
  • are business fluent in German and fluent in English

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 43.316 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
