Field Marketing Manager

You will develop marketing plans consisting of multi-touch programs to generate and support demand and liaise with the marketing team and the different sales teams to ensure integrated marketing planning and sales enablement.

As Field Marketing Manager, you will…

  • develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with our Industry Focus Leaders/SalesTeam 
  • interface with them to determine sales enablement needs, and work with rest of marketing to develop tools, programs in a box and content 
  • research, choose and orchestrate events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix 
  • proactively engage with the different sales teams and relevant stakeholder to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities 
  • develop and implement target account/industry strategies to support our industry-based-selling 
  • communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities 
  • forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs/campaigns (MROI) 

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have several years of experience in Field Marketing, Activation Marketing or Account Based Marketing  
  • have a good Software / B2B Tech market knowledge 
  • are able to prioritize and manage various projects based on the changing business requirements 
  • have strong communications skills and interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority 
  • are skilled in problem solving and extracting insights from analysis and direct conversation 
  • are fluent in English, German is a plus

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 43.316 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
