Employer Branding Specialist

Take an active role in shaping our culture and further develop our established employer brand

As Employer Branding Specialist, you will…

  • develop and implement the employer branding plan aligned and together with our marketing & people operations teams  
  • design, evaluate and implement target group-specific employer branding activities and event formats while constantly monitoring their success 
  • be responsible for setting up various strategic collaborations and employer branding projects (e.g. cooperation with technical schools or universities) 
  • find the right ways (online and offline) to address our target groups 
  • be constantly up to date regarding new trends in order to implement them 
  • take on an active and creative role in internal projects related to employer branding and recruiting and contribute with your expertise and experience 
  • support the Cloudflight Coding Content (CCC) together with the event management team   

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have several years of relevant professional experience in employer branding, preferably in the IT industry 
  • have in-depth knowledge of organizing events and employer branding campaigns focused on highly demanded candidates 
  • are characterized by excellent communication skills, service orientation, enthusiasm and persuasiveness 
  • are proactive and like to be in driving seat 
  • feel at home in the relevant social media channels 
  • are fluent in English and German

Financial

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 43.316 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
