CRM & Campaign Manager

As CRM & Campaign Manager, you will…

  • manage Salesforce.com implementation and optimization projects which form the basis for account-based and data-driven campaigns
  • ensure that CRM systems are at the center of customer communication, marketing and sales activities and reporting
  • implement Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Pardot into existing systems
  • define and implement End-to-End CRM processes into existing systems and structures  
  • integrate automation tools and platforms in Salesforce.com and create automation workflows, reportings and dashboards
  • define and run sales and marketing campaigns through E-Mail, Social Media and classic channels 
  • assure compliance with GDPR-relevant topics

You will enjoy this job if you…

  • have at least 2 years professional experience in a salesforce.com relevant context (SFDC sales cloud and marketing automation tools)
  • possess a strong understanding of sales & marketing objectives, goals and strategies and ability to leverage marketing technology solutions to execute against objectives
  • are experienced in partner, lead or opportunity management and possess expert knowledge in CRM, mobile, sales, marketing or services in the cloud environment
  • know how to support Sales and Marketing simultaneously while creating synergies
  • are experienced in realizing an efficient and data driven market penetration
  • have good communication skills, analytical skills and team-orientation
  • have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • are business fluent in English and ideally German

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 43.316 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
