Business Development Specialist – Dutch Market

You understand the challenges of the Dutch Market and you are experienced in selling complex IT solutions

As a Business Development Specialist, you will…

  • Create a customized sales strategy for new potential clients to generate sustainable growth from scratch
  • Identify market potential and new sales areas to win new customers
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
  • Identify necessary actions to improve the acquisition chances and attractiveness of opportunities
  • Build long-term key relationships and communicate at all levels of decision-making
  • Identify and analyze the needs and goals of the customer in order to increase opportunities through a customer-oriented value proposition
  • Up- and cross-sell our entire service portfolio adapted to the industry
  • Create success stories and a targeted market approach, in cooperation with marketing

  • Understand the challenges of the Dutch market and the problems of the customers to take the solution in your sales story and create value for them
  • Have already established trusting and long-term customer relationships with proven success from scratch
  • Have already gained experience in consulting and selling complex IT solutions
  • Bring along experience in the application of emerging technologies in the industry and in working with agile teams
  • Win over people with your personality and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently and you are able to work with teams from different national and international locations
