Event in German

The latest deadline for public authorities to begin accepting public invoices electronically as part of the Administrative Modernisation initiative was April 2020.

Even today, a solid year later, almost every German public authority at state and local level has only been able to implement parts of the e-invoicing process.
In our short webinar on 01.06.2021 at 11.00h, we will speak about where your authority can start to accelerate the implementation of the digital invoice process – from incoming invoices to invoice workflow, via archiving to outgoing invoices.
At Cloudflight, we support the authorities’ goal of successfully implementing the e-invoicing process.
With our online webinar, we bring together the concepts of e-invoicing, AI and digital invoice workflow and give you an exciting overview.

The agenda:

  • Legal requirements
  • Current situation of e-billing
  • Challenges for departments when implementing the e-invoice
  • What does smart e-invoice look like?
  • Case study: How social security in Austria optimised 33 hours of working time per day

Our AI expert Katrin Strasser and Maximilian Hille, specialist for digitalisation consulting will share their experiences with the e-invoicing process as well as concrete practical examples.

During the subsequent Q&A session, we are be happy to provide you with answers to open points and questions.

We look forward to your active participation and a lively exchange. If you already have topics or specific questions, simply send them to .
