Your daily tasks will include

☁️ taking over responsibility of the conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment

☁️ being the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level

☁️ leading our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects

☁️ asking the right questions to the right people, offer alternatives in case of professional or technical obstacles and proactively demand clear decisions 

☁️ ensuring that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget 

☁️ taking part in our pre-sales processes

☁️ developing and growing the business together with our customer by being a trusted advisor 

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams

⭐️ analytical thinking, questioning circumstances and understanding the need of your stakeholders 

⭐️ proactive attitude and a high degree of self-initiative 

⭐️ being interested and up-to-date regarding technical innovations 

⭐️ very good moderation and presentation skills 

⭐️ ideally knowledge of hands-on software development - knowledge of IT software architecture and IT infrastructure is an advantage 

⭐️ fluency in English and German
